Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by maintaining a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
