Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Report product feedback, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties up to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
