Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory and report product issues.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently or in a team environment.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
