Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
