As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to achieve operational excellence and provide a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to the management team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory tasks.
• Contribute to store inventory counts and ensure accuracy in merchandise monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Proficiency in using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
