Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store activities, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash policies and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of safely operating equipment and following cleaning standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail experience is a plus.
