Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is merchandised, stocked, and maintained to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and support customer shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
