Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
