Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and report feedback to improve operations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
