Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with the ALDI team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks
• Assist customers with shopping, cashier duties, and general cleaning
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
