Job Description

Join Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures, ensure document security, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
• Compliance with company policies and standards.
• Excellent communication skills and effective teamwork.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Meet state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
