Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time Store Associate for our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and contribute to the efficient operation of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory and report any issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Experience with cash register operations
• Capable of operating store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
