Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company procedures and policies while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
