Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at ALDI! As a vital part of our retail operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment to ensure a superior shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with their shopping needs, process purchases, and maintain clean store areas.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to management.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and ensure store security and confidentiality.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
