Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! You will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create a welcoming shopping environment. By collaborating with the team, you'll provide exceptional customer service and ensure a top-notch customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to store inventory counts
• Follow cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security standards
• Perform general cleaning duties and handle equipment with care
• Other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operations, and equipment handling
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
• Adherence to state/local regulations on alcohol handling and sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous retail experience (preferred)
• Combination of education and experience for equivalent knowledge
