Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and uphold store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
