Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties to ensure a well-organized store environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers with their needs, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing feedback on products and inventory.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining security and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to operate a cash register proficiently.
• Capable of safely operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and follow instructions efficiently.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
