Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory procedures and maintain cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in providing courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate cash registers and handle equipment responsibly.
• Demonstrated skills in maintaining cleanliness and following company standards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Compliance with state and local regulations related to alcohol sales if applicable.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
