Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Your focus on exceptional customer service and teamwork will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Offer feedback to management on product issues, inventory accuracy, and operational concerns.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies for security, confidentiality, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies accurately.
• Work independently and in a team, staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
