Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and restock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational matters
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and maintain document security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
