We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Work with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash management procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality, and complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and handle equipment safely.
• Follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
