Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and providing exceptional customer service. From cashiering to stocking shelves, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
