Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure data security.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
