Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your contribution to the team will be crucial in ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks following ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills standards.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate well with management.
• Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain adherence to cash policies.
• Follow company guidelines, uphold security measures, and protect confidential information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be 18 years or older, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to operate equipment such as a cash register efficiently. Previous retail experience is preferred, and you should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
