Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, cashier efficiently, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory monitoring, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to provide courteous customer service and operate cash registers.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and relevant experience considered.
