Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, fully stocked, and clean, while providing excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring document security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
