Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to ensure a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Understanding of equipment operation and cleaning standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
