Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies while safeguarding confidentiality and security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and following company policies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
