Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register with accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
