Job Description

As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our valued customers. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers as needed
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Execute general cleaning tasks and follow company policies

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
