Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the store maintains its high standards by stocking products, cashiering, and providing excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Operate a cash register efficiently and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
