Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and inviting.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior work experience in retail preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to operate cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
