Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by engaging with customers, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
