Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Working Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies for the role
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness
• Assist customers and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and perform assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous service
• Efficient operation of cash register and equipment
• Capability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience beneficial
