Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for customers. Join our team and work collaboratively with ALDI's dedicated staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and provide feedback on products and issues.
• Follow cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Capable of general cleaning tasks and following company policies.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
