Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI to join our team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive working environment.

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
