Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the Aldi team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the required competencies outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in store inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
