Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, and customers receive exceptional service during their shopping experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock merchandise displays efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
