Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's impeccable appearance, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues and management to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and aid customers during their shopping visits
• Communicate effectively with team members and convey feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Adhere to company procedures, ensure data security, and assist in various store activities
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Capable of operating store equipment and abiding by safety guidelines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted
