Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store by stock merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean shopping environment. Your collaboration with our team and dedication to exceptional customer service will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Perform cashier duties, general cleaning tasks, and merchandise stocking with precision.
• Provide top-notch customer service, assist shoppers during their visit, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to drive improvement.
• Follow cash handling policies, maintain inventory accuracy, and adhere to company procedures.
• Participate in store inventory counts as required and ensure compliance with all policies and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and relevant experience is acceptable.
