Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of operating equipment and following company policies.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
