Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Duties

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail and knowledge of store equipment preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
