Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI and contribute to the success of our store operations. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
