Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate in an entry-level position responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. Collaborate with the team to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Comply with company policies while ensuring data security.
• Perform assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail, cash handling, and customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks according to standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with alcohol selling regulations.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
• Combination of education and experience is considered.
