Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Working closely with the ALDI team, you will merchandise products, operate the cash register, and contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and report to store management.
• Stock shelves, assist customers, and provide feedback on product issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
