Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Perform customer transactions, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience equivalent
