Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience and maintaining the store's appearance. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory procedures and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise and perform general cleaning duties.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various store areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• High school diploma preferred.

Education and Experience

• Retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
