Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Perform inventory counts and report any issues to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
