Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness for an exceptional customer experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory management
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Age requirement: 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash handling skills
• Operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
