Job Description

As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the store operates efficiently and delivers exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and cash handling

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
